METZONOR® Acoustic Foams
These include Ester- and ether-based polyurethane foams (block foams). They are available at many different volume weights, compression hardnesses and colours. There also are special foams for many different client specifications (e.g. low-emission foams – that comply with the Daimler requirements).

Composite flock foam – Rebond – METZOPOR®
Our METZOPOR® product series is made of recycled polyurethane foam.
- Volume weight 60 – 400 kg/m³
- Compression hardness 3,0 – > 200,0 kPa
- Standard dimensions: 2,040 x 1,040 mm and 2,280 x 1,550 mm, block height depending on foam type.
- We will also gladly deliver dimensions according to client specifications
- Fire-resistant according to FMVSS302, TL 1010 etc.
- Thermoplastic
- Different colours

Low-emission foams
Metzeler Schaum GmbH develop foams according to their clients’ requirements. Of course this also includes foams complying with the high emission standards of the automotive industry.
Metzeler Schaum GmbH can make use of their wide range of approved foams that fulfil the current OEM requirements.
